Human resources policy of the company

The main goal of the company's contemporary human resources policy is the development of qualified employees, however, the company also strives for a decrease in the average age of its employees and that is why our company teams are not only open to experienced professionals, but especially to young people wishing to change familiar stereotypes and implement new projects.

Within the framework of our personnel reserve plan, a programme of professional training for both graduates and students of secondary schools and universities is being implemented. This practical experience lasts from 6 to 12 months and during this period, the employees, supervised by a designated tutor, gain overall knowledge about the company, basic professional training, and acquire the practical experience and knowledge necessary for successful execution of their profession.

With regard to further development and improvement of qualification of our staff, programme of advanced professional training are implemented in co-operation with the Department of Economics and Management in the Building Industry of the Faculty of Construction of ČVÚT (Czech Technical University Prague) within the framework of life long learning programmes. In 2005, selected employees of operational management staff again took part in the "Manager of a Building Project" course, high-level staff of middle and top management attended the course "Managerial Skills", and a seminary "Law for Site Managers" was organised for site managers and foremen.
